When the pandemic first hit, I found myself asking God for guidance on how I could be of service to people during these uncertain times. In response, I received a deep impression that simply said: “USE THE SKILLS YOU ALREADY HAVE.”
As I thought about it, I realized that I had already been helping Senior Leaders to Mid-Level Managers advance their careers over the last 13+ years as an HR Leader.
It was an incredible feeling to use my inherent talents and skills to help people become excited about their achievements and regain their confidence to get back into the job market. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping people navigate their careers and align their career gifts with a role that can essentially accelerate their life’s work.
